I suppose the 4 circles are for Autounion (4 firms united), today known as Audi.

It is militairy WW2 German, as you can see that it has a Waffenamt marking...

Thanks, Yes I know old Auto-Union logo...
You mean, that this one standart tool box for car or truck?
In this case I dont understand why it have the Waffenamt. For example Opel Capitan, Adler or Opel Blitz that was on military service dont have any Waffenamt markings on body parts.
