    GM30 Gas mask storage?

I know that it is not to be stored in the can but I do not have the proper storage jig so any recommendations. As well as keeping it in an uncrushed shape any tips on preventing it from drying out.

Well, try to get a "gasmaskenspanner", so it stays in shape. otherwise hang the gasmask round the can.

actually - I RECOMMEND holding masks - especially M38 in the cans - in this enviroment rubber is not ageing so much - if You will keep it out of the can - and on the "gasmaskspanner" - rubber will be drying very fast and it will crack....

tried that too Tom... - and still rubber was ageing too fast... - I keep em either in bags or in cans - where vapors from the rubber cant escape - and this old masks stay still elastic and flexible
