    EM/NCO clothing bag

    Hi,
just wondering if this stuff is oryginal. Does this color means it's a Luftwaffe item? As far as I know there are no markings on it.
    Thanks in advance

Have you had a look under the carrying handle to see if there are markings and or date?

Think the bag is O.K. It's the dirty-laundry-bag( Schmutzwäschetasche) for WH NCO's, the worth is about 10Euro, nobody will fake it. I own 20-30 of them in all conditions. Look at the Schlicht-Angolia book about WH equipment to get informations.

          Hi
there are Fakes of the " Bekleidungssack " around, for reenactment use !

The Value is sometimes a bit Higher, espacially with Stamps.
I got this 2 the last Weeks, a green one with a Stamp from a Panzerregiment and a darkblue/black one, i think these are for Luftwaffe, a had a few more darkblue types, some of them came together with more LW Stuff.

          Regards

          Dirk

              NCO's ? i thought EM to?
I got a picture on which you see Oberschutze's (Pvt. first class) with those bags, waiting on the train.
I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

Here's a nice picture of soldiers with the bags. I will have to start looking for one in good condition..

Fantastic picture. I'm loving those gascapes!

Have you details of when\where it was taken?

                    Cheers

Nice original bag. Great picture for reference, I always hear these bags called NCO or Officers laundry bag but that picture solves the mystery.

                        Information

Sorry, no information on the photo, it was part of an ebay ad for one of those cd's of hundreds of images.

I just spent an hour trying to find it again! No luck..

What's also interesting on the photo is how full their feldbluse pockets are.

                        regards

                        Mike
