            Me too, for me, pouches with riveted parts on the back, are no ww2.
            I new there were some BW pouches in leather, I was not aware of these web pouches. Are they also BW ? Or NVA ?

              I'm not agree with your last sentence regarding web pouches not used during WWII.
              Here is a picture found on the web that shows the usage
