    bag in wartime picutre - ID please

    Note the bag with (handpainted) red cross on the cover flap. Anyone who can identify this bag?

    Sorry for the poor quality, this is the best I can do.

              Thanks a lot for the link and therefore the answer.

              So its russian afterall! Apparently it wasn't that uncommon that Allied and italian medical equipement was used by the germans.
