LW pouch, help please

I have this pouch, I believe LW but have no idea of its use, maybe for technical people on the ground?

I'm sure your more of an expert on this than I am. I would say definately LW.The Siemens tag is very similar to ones I've seen on LW flight helmets with communications mounted. Maybe some type of spare parts or test equipment.Looks neat though.Jim

the translation gives: "protection pouch for technical instrument of the LW". Not necessarily ground material, could also be measure instrument for the fly. (Messgerät?)
Which instrument I don't know
