Hello Robert,
just to save you some time and money while gaining some knowledge, just follow the link. Unfortunatly this one has been sold, but it will give you a good idea of what looking for....cover is second type by the way, there is also a first type with a leather lid on the top of the cover....
and concerning the folding spade, caution...dutch made a similar one postwar.

I have never seen such a cover before.It is a mix
from german and british elements.
The shovel is austrian Bundesheer (HBA)

Yes it is. Used by Dutch Army 1955 - 1975.
