Opinions and help identifying a gorget.

I have these two gorgets that I just picked up. I would love any opinions on them and while it is obvious what the feldgendarmerie gorget is, I was wondering if anyone can identify the other one.

Thanks Ken.. I thought so too about the feldgendarmerie. It is now in the 'junk dump'. Anyone know what the other gorget is?
