Is this Schokakola tin legit ?

    Hi all,

I picked that one up at the fleamarket for 10 € so I thought it would be worth the try. So far I have only seen the ones with a date in the center.
What do you think of this one ?

It seems like the top is not matching the bottom, but I have seen this before. Reissued ?
At least the bottom has the same maker mark as the top.

So is this a fake or what do you think ?

    Thanks Jens

Very nice, nothing to worry. Those with the eagle are quite rare. Only 1 out of 10 found today show the eagle.

Thats nice to hear. I was a little bit worryd because I have only had the ones with a year instead of the eagle.

          Thanks very much

About the fake ones the text says :

These are being sold in Europe as originals.
They're virtually indistinguishable from original examples..

So, what are the points to look for to tell wrong from right ?!

              Jos.

I don't think "Thomas Piepmann" is a real company that made Scho-Ka-Kola. Does anyone have an original can with this company name?

Agree. The repros are a very thin metal. Flimsy.
