Strange breadbag?

This time its me who is looking for some help here:

Found this on an east german fleamarket. First impression was this could not be german WWII, but the markings prove it.

Some may think now this was made after the war of remaining parts, but what about the FP-number? And the whole bad was made with the same thread, so no field-modification?

Any idea?

Im pretty sure that design is HJ and/or paramilitary. Im sure others will know for sure. Glenn

I have seen a few of these getting around.The last was on collectors guild,they are normally sold as a late war varient.I have also seen one in LW blue,so they may have been late war produced for general issue.

in holland we indentify these breadbag's as para military to, or HJ, it could be political.
late war designs are different one's.

But what about a "very late war" breadbag? Of course we all know the M44 modell with add. pouch for the cleaning-kit - but what about a 45-modell?

Maybee this is the one. I know of the existence of mod. 45 canteens, so why not breadbags, too?

I'm not very convinced in the sense that from April 1943, by regulation, the german army stopped to distribute the carrying strap to arm branchs others than infanterie, pioniere and some small specialized units...so why should have they introduced a very late war Brotbeutel that is all the opposite of official texts. The Brotbeutel was modified to M44 in November 1944 (which is late war enough for me) and as far as i know, german soldiers did receive a belt until the end of the war, so IMO there were both no time and no need for a M45 to exist, but i could be wrong of course, just my thoughts

By the way, there were many kaos in that time (end of the war). About the brotbeutel posted by Gran Sasso it is not the lonely strange model; Here the one found in the rags i have in collection: a near m44 without internal pouch made with ersatz leather!!
