        I have no ideas but with a wild guess I would say FJ ,looks like slots to carry signal cartridges.

          it looks like you got a parachute-bag to hold the parachute. Definitely WW2!

            Totally incorrect - thats the inner bag storing the paratroopers-chute. The sewn-on loop is meant to fix the static line, so this bag will be pulled-out during the jump, and stays with the plane. The slots to "carry signal-cartridges" are meant to store the chutes´ lines before jumping.
