Opinions on cutlery please

TR cutlery isn't something I've been interested in until recently. As I have been offered several items along with fieldgear I'd like to know some general opnions about these fork, spoon and knife, considering I only got sent this one picture. They look Ok to me, from sure-fire original pieces I have examined (a very few due low interest in them). Any hints, tips, warning signals, like it/don't like it opinions very welcome! Also any detailed info (style, usage, branch of military, period etc).

werent these used only in mess halls and the likes? I dont think these were issued to field soldiers if thats what your intentions are. Glenn

I was about to write the same thing, If your interest lies in field gear, then buy a simple fork/spoon combination

No, perhaps I expressed myself in the wrong way I do mainly collect fieldgear but would like to gather a small set of mess hall dinnerwares. It would be probably wiser to stick to spoon-fork combo though
Just curious though, do these look genuine enough, no alarming details, anyone?
