1 mint and 1 post-war breadbag?

What's your opinion on these 2 beadbags. The quality of the bags itself and of the photo's is totally different. Am I corect that the first one is a late-war breadbag, and the other one is a post-war breadbag?

The seller sais that the second one hasnt got a divider in it.

IMO the first one looks to be war time issue and the second appears to be a East German one.
