Sorry, but the leather look very un-typical German to me. Pritty sure the whole sling is postwar and the stamp added to "juice" it up. The use of specific SS WaA'ts would suggest special acceptance by a SS inspector. They most certainly limited this practice to gun parts! The use of TK-heads as a property stamp is another story!
