Well it looks like the real thing and is in ok condition......but it looks like the original eyeletts have been replaced.....I have seen worse.

As for value...with its current condition I know I would not pay more than $100 CDN for it....the eyeletts are the real put off for me.

So these gold lookin' eyelets cant be period?

I have a feeling thay may have been added post war. Most of the WW2 German equipment that had eyelets like zelts and tarps etc used steel or aluminum not brass. I could be wrong.....they just dont look correct....too large.

yup.. they look replaced... not too much worth IMHO.. sorry...
