Were this ever originaly produced: Mp 38/40 pouch LEFT side without mag.loader pouch?

Thank you But this Mp 38/40 pouch LEFT side is without mag.loader pouch. So I wonder it might have been made without it? If not it has been cut of I think

How common was it to remove the small pocket on the left pouch? Have read that some removed the pocket and kept the reloading tool in their tunic pocket as the small pouch was a pain getting caught on things and just a plain nuisance
