Do you think that this Brotbeutel is one that was especially
made for the RAD or is this just a standard Heer bag that was
issued to the RAD.

If there's no inside divider, this one could be a prewar Heer issued to the RAD
is there any maker markings ?

There is a maker stamp on the inside of the flap
but unfortunately it is unreadable.
