i would like to save of which time dates this accessories for cigarettes (before WW2, WW2 or after WW2)

You relly need to resize your pictures ,makes it hard to view your items.
I don't know about the zelt material ,but the cig roller is from the 1930'S.

i don't save if it 'is german WW2 because there were German to have used the zeltbahn and the Swiss ones during the war and French in Indochine.
The fabric is outside zeltbahn and the interior rubber felgrau
