anti-dust glasses

Hello, I was wandering if someone could give me some info about these anti-dust glasses? I hope I wright it good. It should be german from the 2e WO and it has an etui to put in

they are pretty common and sell for between $5.00- 10.. depending on condition, thats all i can tell you.. sorry
