Well, it sure is a "real" breadbag, but not a WWII German breadbag. It looks to be instead a breadbag from the Czechoslovakian army. Some of these are as early as the early 50s...To judge from the webbing on yours it looks like it might have been a slightly older one. Looks like somebody robbed the straps, probably to fix some old Wehrmacht gear, who knows...
Prewar Czech bags were quite similar but with different hardware on the straps and no, or different, loops on the cover.
