    I have to admit the pack you have is very interesting. The strap clips are the same as the clips on my water backpack.

          Inside pouch. The leather strap for the pocket has come apart and the only section left is this wee stub at that top.

              Blue canvas fabric rucksacks, backpacks, late war sacks whatever they call them are super hard to find in mint condition. Does anyone have one out there? I have been collecting gear for some time haven't run across a mint example yet they all seem to be in green material.

                  this type of bag - Manions was selling - maybe look there... its easier actually to buy them mint.. than used

                    Axel, You just made my night, thats what I am talking about and a super looking blue gas canister! We will be talking about the backpack soon...... It will match the d-loop very well! HAHA
