No it is Danish as far as i know. Definitely not regular german armed forces.Comment

Post war. A lot of other countries used German weapons (and equipment as well) after WWII, and made their own equipment to it (pouches, straps etc.)

It a Yugo Pouch... as seen on the Historical Document" Kellys Hero's" used with the SMG weapon system used by the actors , as it was filmed there.
