Found this bag in an old farmhouse, but I don´t know what it is for? The material looks like produced in 1944 / 1945 but what was it for?

Looks 100% propper but I don't have clue what's that...IMHO could be for optic or radio equipment...Great found !

It seems to be for 70/100cm range finder equipment. Range finder has two tripod's upper and lower. This is for upper tripod.
