tan tropical web belt

Hi guys,
I wanted to run this tan web belt by you. My question is in reference to the webbing. To me, it looks correct German ww2, but the weave is a tad smaller when compared to the other belt, which is pretty much a standard one. Did the weave vary in size, possibley between companies or time periods? Thoughts? PS-the tan is not as light as in the photos, the flash amplifies the brightness.

You have most characteristic wave - "straps" - like I call it...

Gerards baltts show the orher pattern - its good too but easier to fake IMHO....
anyway I didnt see a very good fakes of web belts yet - and I believe both Gerards belt are good....
