Y- straps may need more pictures - difference in webbing color and hardware collor may suggest that front straps were messed with..
back strap is wrong - somebody made it uo from a piece of webbing - take it off before You gonna destroy lether under the O-ring (strap whoul go thru O-ring - not hang on leather)
\
Web frog is a fake - You can buy them on ebay...
one more thing - back lethar plate - under the O-ring is from different set - You can see new dark stiches there..
Also this RFNr number with 0008 at the end is from full leather straps - I used to own pair like that and I'v seen more of these online - straps from that manufacturer are always made of leather..
I would say these straps are tottaly put together...

you could be right about the tail hook beying alu. it is restitcht so that is possible.
the black hook on the front beying different would be that big problem, i do not see any restitch on that place.
the leather flap beying restitch is something i can not agree with to be honest.
i see some treath differences be i can not tell that this is wrong. on what do you base that ???

now the front straps, notice the difference between stiches 1 and 2 and difference in hardware 3 and 4
stiches 1 and 2 have different color - in case of 1 color of thread is some funny green
elements 3 and 4 dont need too much comment - maybe one - where is a rust on the web element matching this rusted buckle no. 4 ???
plus obvious difference in canvas colour...Attached Files

one more picture of how unmessed with straps look like
I believe your straps were attached to a backpack - thats why whole back strap and leather parts had to be refitted - also front pouches straps were most likely cut down and then reconstructed
these front seams are crucial - maybe you can make a picture of them ... ?
but I am 99% positive about my theory.. sorry...Attached Files
