Hello, thse could be used bye the luftwaffe, but maby look inside in each flap of a pouch and if you find a ink stamp sais 'LBA' it is luftwaffe, now it could ether be early heer pouches

Worth, +-100euro if not stampt LBA +-150euro with LBA

If not LBA marked as Sander said they can also be SA used brownleader pouches....

no LBA markings, but some other markings under the flaps, so I guess they are Heer.
