I wanted to get some opinions for a fair price for my tropical setup all pieces are original and unissused I want to sell it as a whole. All pieces are mint but, the shovel has some wear

well, I viewed it also but like most decided its to much a pain in the ass to accurately say. the best way to figure out fair market value pretty much is look thru all the dealers sites and get multiple examples of the same conditioned pieces as yours then add them up and take off ATLEAST 20% (probably more) and thats roughly what it can be sold off for on the private market. thats providing you find someone whos wiling to shell out a large sum of money for everything you have. unfortunately a slim chance one person is into all the items as a whole no matter what the collection is. usually one must break up the collection to get rid of it and even then it is a long and painful task. reselling usually sucks and its rare to make a profit. good luck though, you never know. this might sell immediately to someone who has been on the hunt for this type of setup. and by the way. it does look to be all very nice stuff. shame your getting rid of it. I like the whole set up but there is no way I could ever afford a lump sum as this. maybe some lucky Guy out there will and both of you will be happy. good luck! Glenn

It took me years to find all the items in this condition I appreciate the comments. I might take it to the show of shows and do some trading I'm wanting to get a couple items thats why I'm going to sell it a FJ helmet and a type 96/99 Japanese demilled machinegun. I was figuaring I would have to discount because, of such an amount. Thanks for the info guys

So whats the real story on Tropical MP 38/40 slings? I heard they really did not exist?
