What is your first thought when you look at it? to me it screams fake!

I once bought a luftwaffe marked " Leica" and was the happiest man in the Sw of the Netherlands...........until I found out it was a Russian copy...
Not totaly worthless there are people who collect these so I had a small loss.

Do a search on "fake russian leica" on google and I´m sure you will find some information on these.

Thats not even a orignal "Leica"-cam with later added markings. Orig. Leicas´always have the focus shown on the front of the objective in centimeters, so in this case there should appear "5cm" instead of "50mm".

I agree, I thought it was a fake. They should have engraved the proper SS runes to make it look more like the part. Thanks for the replies.
