opinions on makers mark please

hey Guys, Glenn here. I saw this breadbag and was interested in it. it looks good and all, I just dont know what to think of the makers mark. it is stamped on the inside flap and I am used to seeing it on the reverse middle supporting strap. does this look correct and original? any thoughts/opinions on it would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Glenn

after reading your statment. I agree. the buttons dont look right and I dont even know what that piece of leather is on the inside corner of the bag. I guess I was blinded by the date. thanks Mike. Glenn
