Looks to be ww2 issue. Should be date on the pull down latch, or inside the lid. Better pictures needed, could be a cammo.

Sorry, but the pictures are just too blurry to make anything of it....
Could be real cammo, could be not.

To put it in another way, I would not buy it as a cammo can based on these pictures....
