    Got this one last sunday at the fair in Belgium.

          Hey Tom,
          I'm stil looking for that mint kar 98 bayonet to go with it(not that difficult). But yes now i've got my webbing gear complete.
          Within time i'm buying that yellow ersatz leder entrenching tool holder.
          Will post pictures when i've got the stuff mentioned above.

                  I assume you got this in Ciney? You didn't buy it from an old guy in a wheel chair (or his blond 50-ish wife) did you? that old guy is a german named Edsel and This looks like one of the new-made repros that he has made in czech republic.

                      Yes i've seen that guy, he sells them by the boxloads.
                      Bought this one from 2 french guys they had 2 pieces.
                      Mine is the same as the one in this thread .

                        Yours look different - any chance to get details of rivet.. supporting leather part and inside the frog ?? (where webbing connects under the scabbard hole..)

                          I would like to but my photohosting site is down.
                          Can send them through email if you like ?
                          But i still think it looks the same . see the red markings a the belt loop,straps and the frog.
                          Same color of the webbing.
                          Altough i can't show the photo's the leather part and rivet look identical.
