Very nice and ultra-rare device. Do you know how many were made?

One year later...

For the SPIIa, I have seen mine (Nr17) , a Nr 25(I think the one in Munster) and some time ago a Nr 107 on ebay, but was already transition model to the FG1250.
So I would say around one hundred, but it is just an educated guess.
