ss leather belt pouch

hi i have a leather ss medical belt pouch
marked R for right side
a large s next to 1943 stamp
ss(in two circles)34/38rzm(in two circles)
"girsse" writen on bottem

has anyone seen the 34/38 before if so what can you tell me
