Black painted field gear

Several references indicate that early in WW2 numerous pieces of field gear were finished in black. I have seen black canteen cups and mess tins but was hoping that some of you guys could share photos of some of your field gear with original black paint. Perhaps some MG 34 / 42 assault drums or ammo boxes

Better late yhan never, sorry for the delay in post, but I had to dig deep in my collection to find this, but I guess you have seen specimens like this before. It is marked FWBN42.
