SS canteen

Need some opinoions on this canteen. It looks very much like an SA or Hj but has a black cover and as far as I can tell never had a strap for the cap. I can find no markings on the canteen neck and only one RZM mark on the leather carrier. The snaps are marked A Raymond RG with the R being backwards. So what is it? Also, what would be a collectors to collectors value as I am thinking of putting it on the estand?
