Help with ammo pouch and markings

What country is this from, and from what period? I picked it up this weekend at a fleamarket.

I will post pictures of the marking as well.

puzzle solved, almost

I found out that it was a regular Infantry pouch, it was accept in the Belgian
Army ca. 1935. Normally they only have 1 loop, so this is a variation.

Still need to find out who the maker is.
