Late War LW "A" Frame ??

    Hi all,

And you thought that you had seen the last of "A" frames for a while? Well here is a very unsual frame. It is LW blue with tropical/late war straps? The webbing looks pretty good but I would like to hear feed back on this one.

Please give comments. Thank you. Steve

    Hi Steve,

Well...i'm getting a very "Central European" feel from this one to be honest, especially from the straps you would attach the Zeltbahn to.

I find it interesting that the seller photos manage to helpfully obscure the reinforcement stitching in the bottom right of the second picture too...

Hi Steve, I have never seen one like this before either? Someone thinks it is OK as it is up to $300....

Like Patrick I would want to see the corners too

      Cheers, Ade.

        Just to clarify,

i am not suggesting there is a problem with a Luft blue frame having green/tan webbing, indeed all the pictured originals i have seen, and indeed the example that i am lucky enough to own have this trait.

The frame itself concerns me however...

Thanks guys for the feedback on this one. It was a nice set, the guy that got it was lucky. I was #4 no the bid line. I would have bid more but the dealer/seller has almost no feed back history. dealers with little feed back history have ripped me off in the past.

            Steve
