How do they look to experts? Is everything OK?

I am planning to put this belt and the Y-straps on an officer mannequin and I don't know to what (fieldgear?, holster? or ..) these free ends(with D-Rings) of the Y-Straps can be attached? What fieldgear woud be correct to put on a combat officer in order to use these D-rings?

Thanks for your replay. No, no markings on the buckle, only on the belt (picture posted). Share your secret please, how can you tell that this is a late-war straps?

Your back strap hook is made of bent steel wire - and its not even painted (looks like is coated) - thats why I think these are very late...
two of my 1944 dated straps have the same kind of hook - but they are even better made - and painted

pitty that buckle is not marked... hmm.. I would rather like to see some signature.. I am using post war BW belt everyday (with my pants... haha) - and its look very much like Yours.. but has no lenght mark...
an I have one more buckle for belt like that which Is marked A for assmann..

only difference except for a markings is that BW buckle is made out of better alloy.. than kiegsmetal...

Hi BNZ, the only items that you can attatch the D rings to are an A frame or pack. But officers tended to "fight light" and not carry full assualt kit. So I would leave them hanging free.

I would echo Mike's comments on the straps and belt. I have a similar belt too which just has the size markings. Very possibly post war but they display well.

I am trying to make it clear. Does the Size Markings mean the belt is post-war or not? because Mike(Kuligow) said that he has "post war BW belt that look very much like this one.. but has no lenght mark", while Adrian said that he has "a similar belt too which has the size markings. Very possibly post war"

I have another belt (from the same seller). It has no size markings on it, except hand-writings (picture below). And these belts are almost like twins, except little details on stitchings.

Or the markings are not a factor here and you were talking about the pattern of the belt?
Or is it lack of markings on the buckle? But I heard that most of Heer officers buckles were never marked anyhow.

Well anyways, are they both, in your opinion, could be post-war? Because I've paid the price of original belts for them and don't want post-war on my my displays even for free.

And the Front of the second belt. The same pattern and no markings on the buckle. The only diferrence - it has no size markings on leather.

my personal collection of 30 all complete mannequins I have (see sample pictures). May I ask you how long you are already collecting and from where you have your WWII German item experience?
Anyway, If you want to return that belt then I have no problem as long it comes in the exact same condition I sold it to you.
