Need help with stamps on KM microphone gas mask

I just came across this nice reissued probably KM reissued gas mask set. Light green colour of can, gas mask snout and filter. Have never seen an overpainted filter so far...we all know that KM coastal units used strange camo methods... maybe someone is able to identify the unit stamp on filter and mask snout. Other opinions are welcome too. Many thanks

A similar set came out of the family 2 years ago with his photo album. Same name markings, same can and same can straps. The owner was from a KM unit too.

The markings on the filter are:
3.2.43 (date?) .IIA.IIIA.IIA
