Low boots, German ?

Hi guys, I was offered these, are these German WW2 ? What can be a good price for them ? Thanks.

The boots are not standard issue WH boots IMO and I could not say from which country they might come.

They are good German ww2 boots. The cloth band is typical for them and this model is often seen with ss markings (inside and outside, on the soles and the side).
