Guys what do you think about those ankle boots . definately not german made but in german style. I guessing foreigh made ; czechoslovakia ( protektora bohmen un Mahren ) or belgian as those 2 nation used rivets in their boots. question ; wartime or early postwar ?

Not Belgian.
Before 1940 the Belgian army used different size markings, not the present-day EU sizing system ('44'). Back then they used two sizes (just like the Germans did): the length and the width of the foot (e.g. '28 - 4').
This model with the rivet doesn't resemble the standard-issue Belgian combat boot.
