Help with handwriting / translation "Die Ständige Front" book SS T.A.R.

Hello all,

Need some help with the handwriting in this german WW2 "Die Ständige Front" book seemingly owned by a member of an SS T. Artillerie Regiment. Can anybody read and translate it?

I also wonder where the "T" stands for, my knowledge of SS regiments is limited and google didn't help either.

T stands for "Totenkopf"

The handwritten notes: Vom SS-T(otenkopf) A(rtillerie) R(egiment) an d(ie) II.Abt(eilung) laut Einnahmeschein vom 22.III.(19)40 ueberwiesen. It states that the booklet was transferred as per receipt to the II.Abteilung from the Totonkopf artillery regt.
