need opinions on dot 44 trousers in smooth cloth

I need your opinions about these dot 44 trousers in smooth cloth.
I'm not comfortable with and these are the only photos I can share with you.

I think the issues are :

_ fabric,
_ shape of some spots ,
_ HBT lining in brown chocolate
_ inside fabric used for the liner
_ incorrect inner waistband fitting
_ mustard plastic (?) buttons
_ hip buckles in blank metal

but what else

classical italian HBT silk lining : i see it grey ?
Pockets are made in another brown cloth : viscose ?
liner is made in ribbed cotton/viscose mix .
the buttons are the classical bakelite ones observed in many WSS clothing items ,like in WSS tropical uniforms . Not plastic ...
Hip buckles do have many different colours observed : blued , blank , golden,black...
Incorrect inner waistband fitting ?

_ classical italian HBT silk lining : i see it grey ? --> it's really a deep brown chocolate (unfortunately the photo were taken under artificial light due to the bad weather) and I've never seen sort of color before ?
_ the buttons are the classical bakelite ones observed in many WSS clothing items ,like in WSS tropical uniforms . Not plastic ... --> they look very different than the bakelite one and look like the ones found on some trousers reproduction made by Miltec
_ Hip buckles do have many different colours observed : blued , blank , golden,black... --> they are brand new and fresh factory made.

I would like more answers for clarifying my doubts

The buckles are often anti oxydation treated and stay so bright ...
I do have blue ones on trousers which are without rust and looks so new and bright !
The buttons are definitely not the Miltec ones : on the pics you can see a broken one and it's bakelite , not plastic !
The italian HBT silk basically exist in more colours like grey , greyblue , dark blue , sand , brown : so why not "chocolate " even if it's looks grey on the pics ?

These trousers could be swapped for an original dot 44 trousers in HBT I've got but I don't want to let them go for a fake.
