why are they called out as repro? Is there more known when they have surfaced? I remember when I got a well known SS estate a similiar one was included in the group. It also was related to Munich. That is why I am always reserved to call them out as repro. Its also a number 1 title, and sure never made its way out to Germany.

I have heard that numerous copys with this Kind of band material where made in the 70s. A friend of mine owns several different one and he gave me one of These bands as a present to study. They where all made on this Kind of "different" band material. You will find also a lot of fake Hand embroided cuff titles showing this Kind of band material.
Too date i have not seen one example in machine embroided threat that was original/and came from a trusted source or estate - i have also seen not one bullion cuff title in period Quality that was done on such a band material. Hope that helps.

thank you for the additional Info MM.

It looks then in the estate of the 2nd doctor from AH I got was one numberd #1 title copy included. I just found it very strange how it made its way into that superb quality group.
It was connected to München where the number #1 also made sense to it. Always kept the Band seperate as it was a miracle to me.
