Hitlerjugend cuff title

I bought a Hitglerjugend cuff title in full length. One end is fold over and one end is cut. The cuff title is clearly uniform removed which shows clearly if you hold it against the rays of a lamp.

Sounds real?

Probably the best HJ band I've seen. generally they are unissued/unworn and with odd lengths either side of the wording (cut from a roll).
