So do I but I cannot see beyond the areas on the collars I've tried to highlight below .. Maybe it was a Polizei Division tunic ?

As stated eagle and rank at least looks like remplaced, because sewn too low on the shoulder (unless it is the effect of the perspective) and the rank tresse looks less aged than the jacket. Sure, all the sentence could be fault of the photos, and the whole stuff could results more convincing with a "on person" handling.

Nevertheless I like very much the insigna!

Not a tunic I want to have, a lot of red flags. Check the wrong sizing, where you can find the sleeve length of 40 cm? And the length to the waist of 59?

Interesting point about the size markings. I have some size markings from tunics for sale on Weitze and I also beleive there is something wrong with the size markings of this one (first picture) - very short tunic back and a giant collar size?.

IMO 59 and 40 should be reversed. It would make more sense.

At least I do not like the liner and the liner cut. I do not like straps and runic collar tab. Closeups needed, I wish to see the under collar area too

I see an original Heer tunic with original SS insignias.
Maby put together, maby period, who knows.

Good point and I think Ian is reminding us SS-Polizei Division tunics were changed in 1942 from police insignia ( although arm eagle was consistent) to W-SS.

Too bad about the arm insignia placement tho. I agree. Too low. Should have read the regs.

Yeah, that does look strange, and the rank stripes are low enough to be elbow pads...
