Call me a "fuddy-duddy" - but unless that was cut off of an unused, mint uniform; it looks recently applied. I agree the eagle is real, and the stitching looks good... but it's not something I would want. Just my 2 cents.

Yes, I wouldn't pay 'cut-off' premium for this if I were you.

I agree. The cloth doesn't look like any I have seen on the tunics I have handled.

Like most SS sleeve eagles I now see popping up all over the place, it is easy to sew one up. They were exceptionally rare years ago....for a reason.
