Could this sleeve band be an orignial wartime belgian made ?

In order to have an opinion on anything, clear pictures are an absolute must

As far as I know, there are only one picture of a gothic Das Reich cuff title in wear and that one seem to be a standard RZM pattern.

So I would say, regardless of photo quality, that it will be impossible to say if this is ok unless a wartime photo of this specific pattern shows up.

What I find odd these days is the fact that when I was a scrout and started collecting these items were just a fake.
