Based on those pics Im not sure about those insignia orginality.
What is strange for me and of course I could be wrong if the metal insignia are in such condition the kepi looks very fresh .
Im not cap expert and of course I could be wrong.

My opinion: Odd cloth for an SS coffee can. If the RZM stamp is real, the chin strap post dates the time when most of the black kepi were worn. Overall, it just doesn't feel right. Sorry.
