Help with SS Cap Eagle

Hello,

I was offered this SS Cap Eagle.
Insignias are completely out of my area of knowledge.
Is it bad or good?

It is original. The prongs were brittle and it not unusual to see them broken off.

Textbook original! As already said, these aluminum prongs are rarely found all intact because aluminum is incredibly brittle. A very poor choice of material for prongs, but for collectors, it's extra exciting to find one with them all intact. I did find one zinc 475 eagle just like this one that has 99% of it's finish and all three aluminum prongs fully intact.
I do collect them with, and without prongs though. Anyway, congrats on this original SS bird!
